• Patients are seen on time with no overbooking.
  
• The doctor does all testing; there are no technicians.
  
• Doctor takes emergency calls at night, weekends, and holidays. 
  
• All spectacle frames and spectacle lenses are warranted for one year against breakage and scratches.
  
• All contact lenses are custom ordered.
  
• You meet with a frame consultant not a sales clerk for personal service.
